Job Description:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees
- Coordinate and manage various projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget
- Collect and analyze data to support decision-making processes
- Assist with human resources management tasks, such as employee onboarding and performance evaluations
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using relevant software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of data collection and analysis techniques
