Salary: $34/hr, 35 hours/week
Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement HR strategies, including talent acquisition, staffing, compensation, health and benefits, training, succession planning, employee relations, and retention.
-Coordinate training and recruitment, develop labor relations policies, and negotiate collective agreements.
-Optimize staff resources for efficiency, drive performance, and engagement, and assess performance objectives.
-Maintain HR tools, technology, and resources to ensure consistent execution of programs and policies.
-Provide HR leadership and support aligned with the company’s growth strategy.
-Engage with the community to attract talent and support staffing needs.
-Lead employee relations and labor initiatives to enhance engagement and productivity.
-Collaborate on onboarding and training systems for employees.
-Advise on HR best practices, enhance organizational effectiveness, and support HR management improvements.

-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or MBA.
-Minimum three years of experience as a personnel officer or HR specialist.
-Strong business acumen, analytical and creative thinking abilities.
-Leadership in labor and employee relations.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Solution-oriented and results-driven.
-Adaptable and collaborative team player.
