What Is Expected:
Additional duties as required.
Works as the head of Human Resources, ensures HR programs and initiatives are aligned
with corporate vision, values, culture, strategies, and goals.
Leads positive employee relations efforts.
Communicates benefits, policy and other HR related changes.
Responses for recruitment and training affairs.
Executes staffing and on-boarding processes for all positions.
Guides, implements, supervises, and ensures the Employee Benefit program. Maintains accurate information in electronic and paper employee records.
Records, investigates and reports on complaints filed by employees. Monitors company culture, employee morale and engagement.
Participates with HR Team and others on corporate level projects.
Measures, monitors and reports on the effectiveness of policies, programs and other HR
initiatives to ensure they deliver value to the business and users.
Recommends programs for continuous improvement in human resource management.
Ensures compliance with corporate/district level policies and federal/state governmental
agencies.

Do You Have What It Takes?
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is an asset.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources area with some
management
responsibilities is required.
Ability to remain calm in stressful circumstances.
Good organizational skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure, and ability
to manage time and priorities.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently, as well as work well as part of a
remote team.
