Position: Human Resources Manager NOC 10011
Job duties include but not limited to:
• Oversee the recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
• Identifying training needs within the organization, developing training programs, and coordinating employee development activities.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote a positive work environment and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

• Establish performance standards, conduct performance evaluations, and provide feedback to employees.
• Design and administer compensation and benefits programs, including salaries, bonuses, health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
• Develop strategies to improve employee engagement, morale, and retention, and conducting surveys, implementing recognition programs, and addressing factors that contribute to turnover.
• Ensure that the organization complies with these laws in areas such as equal employment opportunity, wage and hour laws, and workplace safety.
• Oversee administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, managing payroll, processing benefits enrollment, and ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of HR data.
• Work with senior management to develop HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

Work Experience: 2-3 years of experience in human resources
Education: A bachelor's degree in a field related to personnel management, such as business administration, industrial relations, commerce or psychology or completion of a professional development program in personnel administration
