Job Duties:
• Oversee and manage HR department operations to effectively support the hotel's dynamic workforce.
• Work closely with department managers to plan human resource needs, ensuring the smooth operation of hotel services such as housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest services.
• Oversee recruitment and training programs to ensure hire and retain top talent in hospitality, customer service, and management.
• Develop and implement labour relations policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labour laws and workplace regulations.
• Implement and oversee employee development programs, language training, and workplace health and safety initiatives in line with industry best practices.
• Provide guidance and support to department managers in understanding and implementing company HR policies, promoting a collaborative and professional work environment.
• Supervise the classification and rating of occupations within the hotel to ensure competitive compensation structures.
• Organize employee information sessions on workplace policies, benefits, and compensation and actively participate in internal committees.
• Direct the organization's quality management program, ensuring high standards in hospitality service and internal operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, commerce or relevant field is required.
• At least three years of experience in HR management is necessary
• Knowledge of recruitment, training, and employee relations.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
