Human Resources Manager Job

Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department. In this role, you will oversee daily HR operations, establish and implement effective policies, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations. You’ll play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, training, and development, supporting the company’s commitment to excellence in real estate development.

Salary: $54.00/hour (35 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate HR department activities to align with organizational goals.
• Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Review HR projects for compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Develop, establish, and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Manage job classification and performance evaluation systems.
• Plan, develop, and implement recruitment and retention strategies.
• Oversee employee contracts, payroll administration, and benefits management.
• Develop and execute training and development programs to support staff growth.
• Advise senior management on HR strategies and organizational planning.
• Address employee questions, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.

Qualifications and Skills
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in human resources management or a similar role.
• Languages: Fluent in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Experience in payroll administration and employee relations is an asset.
