Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and professional Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations within our transportation and logistics company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and overall HR strategies to support company operations and workforce growth. This role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and knowledge of HR practices within a fast-paced transportation or logistics environment.
Duties
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of human resources.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and retention processes for employees.
• Coordinate internal and external training and recruitment activities
• Develop and implement HR policies, labour relations policies and procedures and negotiate collective agreements.
• Administer employee development, language training and health and safety programs.
• Coordinate payroll, benefits administration, attendance, and leave management.
• Collaborate with management to support workforce planning and operational goals.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• 2 years of similar experience.
