Job Description:
Loadberg Services Ltd is looking for a full-time and permanent Human Resources Manager at 2808 Garden St, Abbotsford, BC, V2T 3R5. (Even though this is full-time position we encourage part time job seekers to apply as well). Salary is $57.69/hr and 40 hours/week.
Responsibilities:
Organize recruiting activities for the company
Identify current and prospective staffing requirements by co-ordinating different departments, prepare and post notices and advertisements
Develop recruiting channels to expand company's platform
Develop and implement labour relation policies and procedures
Collect and review applications and applicant profile
Contact qualified candidates to arrange for interview
Advise job applicants on employment requirements and on terms and conditions of employment
Co-ordinate and participate in the selection and evaluation of the candidates
Notify applicants the result of selection process and prepare for paperwork
Arrange staff training and provide information or services such employee assistance, counselling recognition programs
Arrange transfers, redeployment and placement of staff
Organize and administer staff consultation, grievance procedures, employee development, language training, and health and safety programs
Settle salary disputes for workers
Qualifications: A bachelor's degree or college diploma in a field related to personnel management, such as business administration, industrial relations, commerce or psychology or Completion of a professional development program in personnel administration is required.Some experience in a clerical or administrative position related to personnel administration is an asset
