• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingualism will be considered an asset
Qualifications:
• Experience operating independently with responsibility for a wide range of HR matters.
• Strong working knowledge of Ontario employment standards, human rights, workplace investigations, WSIB, and workplace health and safety obligations.
• Demonstrated experience in performance management, coaching leaders, employee relations, policy development, and workplace documentation.
• Postsecondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience supporting industrial, construction, staffing, mining, manufacturing, or field-based workforces is a strong asset.
• Excellent judgment, communication, organization, and discretion.
• Willingness to travel occasionally between locations as required.
