Human Resources (HR) Coordinator Job

Prepare, process, and maintain all employment related documentations, including hiring, termination, leaves, vacations, transfers, and/or promotions for the company’s manufacturing operations. Coordinate the interview process for prospective employees and conduct necessary background checks, and report to management on whether they are suitable with characteristics of company. Compile and review employee performance assessments submitted by departments and prepare summary reports for management. Respond and resolve inquiries, complaints, or issues among employees regarding work, working environment, and/or any other personal matters. Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files and employment records reflecting hires, promotions, transfers, and separations. Provide employees with information and clarification regarding compensation, benefits, company policies, employee handbook contents, and applicable pay adjustments. Conduct and implement training programs to employees based on employee performance evaluation report. Stay informed on current federal and state labor regulations, equal employment opportunity requirements, and affirmative action policies, ensuring company compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree in any field of study
• 2 years of experience in human resources management in the manufacturing industry
