Job Description:
Join a dynamic and growing aviation parts distribution company in Fort Lauderdale! We are seeking a Full-Time Accounting Clerk to support our operations and financial team.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
Perform accounts payable and receivable tasks.
Conduct customer credit analysis to evaluate and manage credit risks.
Maintain and analyze spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel (proficiency required).
Assist with sales tax compliance, with knowledge of USA sales tax economic nexus being a significant advantage.
Support general accounting functions and contribute to the efficiency of the department.
Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills preferred).
Experience with accounts receivable and credit analysis.
Familiarity with USA sales tax economic nexus is a plus.
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
