Job Description:
Position Summary
Salary: $38.00 per hour
Hours: 35 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-Time

Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Coordinate recruitment and hiring activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding procedures
• Assist management with workforce planning and staffing coordination to support business operations
• Maintain employee records, HR files, attendance records, and confidential personnel documentation
• Coordinate employee orientation, training schedules, and workplace policy communication
• Assist with the implementation and administration of company HR policies, workplace procedures, and employee programs
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding workplace policies, benefits, scheduling, and employment-related matters
• Support occupational health and safety documentation and workplace compliance initiatives
• Coordinate payroll-related information, vacation tracking, and employee leave documentation
• Assist with employee performance tracking, internal communications, and workplace issue resolution
• Prepare reports, HR correspondence, and administrative documentation for management
• Liaise with external service providers, recruitment agencies, and training organizations as required
• Support compliance with applicable employment standards and workplace regulations

Employment Requirements
• College diploma or university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+years of previous experience in human resources, administration, recruitment, or office coordination is required, previous experience with recruitment agency or head hunt company is preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage confidential information professionally
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative software systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment and coordinate multiple priorities
