We are seeking a Human resources coordinator to join our team.

Start date: as soon as possible
$39.00-41.00 per hour, 1 position, Full time- permanent, 30 hours per week

Requirements:
• College diploma in related field
• 2 years related work experience
• Language required: English
• Location of work: 1631 Dickson Ave suite 1100, Kelowna, BC V1Y 0B5

Key duties of the role:

• Plan, develop, implement and evaluate human resources policies and programs
• Advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs and collective agreements
• Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies
• Administer benefit employment equity and other human resources programs
• Co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs
• Respond to employee questions and complaints
• Recruit and hire staff
• Propose improvements to methods, systems and procedures
