Human Resource Specialist Job

Provide administrative support by responding promptly to employee
inquiries regarding policies, procedures, job searches, and HR
services, while upholding strict standards of confidentiality and
privacy; Facilitate the collection, maintenance, storage, and retrieval
of documentation related to recruitment and talent acquisition;
Conduct employment verifications and process unemployment claims
in accordance with organizational and regulatory requirements; Follow
established policies and procedures to support the onboarding and
offboarding of employees; Coordinate and document quarterly and
annual employee performance reviews; Maintain, update, and
safeguard all employee records to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology; Human Resource
Management or Business Administration required.

Experience: 3 months on the job offered or closely related position
required.
