Responsibilities:
Manage the clinic’s recruitment, including posting jobs, reviewing applications, and interviews.
Guide applicants and staff on employment requirements, policies, and clinic procedures.
Maintain employee records and prepare employment offers.
Support onboarding, training, and staff development programs.
Advise clinic managers on HR policies, procedures, and workplace best practices.
Coordinate employee relations activities, including consultations, grievance procedures, and workplace concerns.
Assist with occupational health and safety record keeping and supervise HR related administrative tasks.

Job Requirements:
Completion of a college diploma in related field is required, while a bachelor’s degree is desirable.
Previous experience in administrative or clerical roles with exposure to HR or personnel management is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with staff and management.
