Human Resource Coordinator Job

Permanent, Full-Time position. Salary: $ 40.87 Hourly, for 30 Hours per week. Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible (Vacancy- 1).
Seeking a qualified person who can understand and advise on human resource requirements. Evaluate needs and assess staffing requirements align with the business growth. Define the nature and responsibilities of positions and the skills necessary. Coordinate and build a partnership with the employment agencies. Advise on employment policies, standards, and guidelines. Ensure the business has adequate staffing to keep operations running smoothly. Plan backup and other human resource needs during peak production. Prepare and maintain staff personal files and related records. Assess staff job performance to use in a salary increase. Hire staff and coordinate their training needs. Ensure staff follow the health and safety policy.

Job Requirements:
Successful candidate must have completed a college diploma and relevant experience of 1 year or less than 2 years; self-motivated and work well in a team environment.
