Salary: $65,000 annually/ 30 hours per Week

Job Duties:
-Administer recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and hiring recommendations
-Prepare and maintain accurate human resources records and reports, including turnover analysis, absenteeism tracking, and workforce diversity metrics
-Plan and manage budgets and expenditures related to staffing, training, employee engagement, and HR programs
-Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals and legislative requirements
-Manage employment contracts, employee files, and related documentation in compliance with applicable privacy laws and labor regulations
-Advise managers and employees on the interpretation and application of HR policies, employee relations matters, and workplace best practices

Job Requirements/Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree is required
• Knowledge of English language is required
• Experience is an asset
