We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR professional to join our team. As a Human Resources Specialist for Starrchild Foundation, you will play a critical role in supporting and developing our workforce. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws, implementing HR policies and practices, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. Responsibilities
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
• Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with company policies
• Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation and exit interviews
• Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs
• Handle employee relations issues such as grievances, investigations, and disciplinary actions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Proven experience as an HR professional, preferably in medical/ medical allied industry
• In-depth knowledge of HR policies and best practices
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficient in HRIS and other HR software applications
