HR Supervisor Job

1320138 BC Ltd operating name Hustle Deliveries is looking to hire one HR Supervisor for our
office located at 205-8028 128th Street, Surrey, BC. This position is full-time with 8 hours a day
and 40 hours per week.

Job Duties for this position include the following responsibilities:

● Coordinate employee performance reviews.
● Guide employers and employees on HR policies, compensation, benefits, and
collective agreements.
● Plan and manage hiring, compensation, training, career development programs.
● Oversee the hiring process and staff training
● Prepare job classifications, descriptions, salary scales, and performance
appraisal systems.
● Research and suggest changes to employee benefits and health and safety
policies

Number Of Positions: 1

Requirements for the Position:

● Completion of University Degree or College diploma in Human Resources Management
or some HR course in General Studies is required.

OR

● 1-2 years of experience as a HR Supervisor is required.
● English as a language skill is required

Compensation Package

● $38.46 per hour
● 4acation pay
● Term of Employment: Permanent, Full-time position
