HR Specialist (Remote) Job

The Opportunity:
We are seeking a versatile HR Specialist to support our growing team across all aspects of human resources. This role is perfect for an HR professional who enjoys variety and wants to make an impact in a remote-first environment. You'll be the go-to person for employee inquiries and will help shape our HR processes and culture

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
· Administer benefits programs and serve as the main point of contact for employee benefits questions
· Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in our HRIS
· Support performance management processes
· Assist with payroll processing and time tracking
· Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures
· Address employee relations matters with sensitivity and confidentiality
· Support recruitment efforts when needed
· Organize virtual team-building activities and engagement initiatives

Qualifications:

· 2+ years of experience in HR or related field
· Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
· Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR, Gusto, ADP)
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
· Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment
· Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred
