Job Description:
[1] Set the procedure and policy for recruiting, hiring, promoting, and firing to enhance business interest of our company under the federal and state employment and labor laws, such as “Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)”, “Title VII of the Civil Right Act of 1964”, “Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)”, “Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)”, “Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA)”, “New York Paid Family Leave (PLF)”, and “New York Human Rights Law (NYHRL)”;
[2] Set the employee training programs to train employees regarding sexual harassment & discrimination and perform the training sessions;
[3] Conduct new employees orientation to foster positive attitude toward business goal while introducing job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion and employee benefits;
[4] Administer compensation, promotion and performance review systems to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements;
[5] Investigate the allegation of harassment, discrimination, employee disputes, grievances and other sensitive issues and liaison with management; and
[6] prepare employee handbook under the federal and state employment and labor law.

Job Requirements:
At least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field of study.
