Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance and conflict resolution as needed.
Promote a positive workplace culture and support employee engagement initiatives.
HR Operations:
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll coordination and leave management.
Prepare and analyze HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
Compliance and Policy Implementation:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
Conduct periodic audits to maintain compliance and address gaps.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
Support performance management processes, including appraisals and career development plans.
