We are looking for an HR to support daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. This role helps ensure HR policies are followed, employee records are maintained accurately, and staff receive timely support. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and able to handle confidential matters.

Job Requirements:
Responsibilities
Support recruitment activities such as job postings, screening, interviews, and hiring paperwork.
Coordinate onboarding and maintain accurate employee files, records, and HR documentation.
Assist with employee relations, responding to HR queries and supporting issue resolution.
Track attendance, leave, and support performance management and staff development activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment standards.
Prepare basic HR reports and support payroll/benefits documentation when required.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
2+ years of HR experience in recruitment, administration, or HR support.
Knowledge of HR practices, employment standards, and workplace policies.
Strong communication, organization, and confidentiality skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; HRIS/payroll system experience is a plus.
