Our company, an established construction contracting firm, is looking to fill an HR Manager position in Fort St. John, B.C. The position offers a competitive salary and flexible working schedule of 30 hours per week. Must be available to relocate or already be located in the area, as this is not a remote work position.
Required Qualifications -
• Related education (post secondary)
• Several years of related professional experience
Job Duties -
Develop long-term workforce planning strategies to meet organizational goals
Oversee HR budgets, including salaries costs, stipends for training, and recruitment costs
Design and implement organizational development initiatives to improve performance and culture
Lead and develop company labour relations strategies
Advise senior management on HR trends, workforce risks, and compliance issues
Evaluate and improve HR processes, policies, and systems for efficiency and effectiveness
Analyze staffing data to identify gaps, turnover trends, and succession planning needs
Represent the organization in matters related to HR as needed
Set goals and performance standards
Participate in executive decision-making related to strategic planning, restructuring, or organizational change
Wages and Benefits -
• $68.00 to $70.00 an hour based on experience
• 2 weeks paid vacation
