Our company, an established construction contracting firm, is looking to fill an HR Manager position in Fort St. John, B.C. The position offers a competitive salary and flexible working schedule of 30 hours per week. Must be available to relocate or already be located in the area, as this is not a remote work position.
Required Qualifications -
• Related education (post secondary)
• Several years of related professional experience
Job Duties -
-- Develop long-term workforce planning strategies to meet organizational goals
-- Oversee HR budgets, including salaries costs, stipends for training, and recruitment costs
-- Design and implement organizational development initiatives to improve performance and culture
-- Lead and develop company labour relations strategies
-- Advise senior management on HR trends, workforce risks, and compliance issues
-- Evaluate and improve HR processes, policies, and systems for efficiency and effectiveness
-- Analyze staffing data to identify gaps, turnover trends, and succession planning needs
-- Represent the organization in matters related to HR as needed
-- Set goals and performance standards
-- Participate in executive decision-making related to strategic planning, restructuring, or organizational change
Wages and Benefits -
• $68.00 to $70.00 an hour based on experience
• 2 weeks paid vacation
