Position Details
Employment Details: Full-time, permanent
Hourly Wage: $60.00
Weekly Hours: 35 hours
Location: Edmonton, AB

Responsibilities
-Oversee the recruitment and hiring process, ensuring the selection of talent to meet the company’s needs
-Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company’s goals and legal requirements
-Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment
-Coordinate and lead employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth transitions for new hires
-Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they remain competitive and meet employee needs
-Conduct performance management processes, including evaluations, feedback sessions, and goal-setting for staff
-Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations through regular audits and training
-Oversee employee training and development initiatives to enhance skills and promote career growth
-Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including personal data, performance reviews, and benefits information
Qualifications
-A bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, psychology or a related discipline
-3 years of related experience
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with employees at all levels
-Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information appropriately
-A proactive approach to improving HR processes and employee engagement
