Job Title: Early Childhood Educator Assistant
Location: Bolton,ON
Employment Type: Full-time
Wage:$22.50 per hour
Hours: 32-35 Hours per week
Start Date: As soon as possible
Requirements / Qualifications
Some secondary school education, ECE certificate, or related training .
No Experience Required, On-The-Job training would be provided.
Good communication skills in English (other languages are an asset)
Able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods
Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle (if travel to clients is needed)

Job Duties – Early Childhood Educator Assistant

1.Assist ECE staff in providing care and support to children attending charitable programs.
2. Support educational, recreational, and play-based activities for children from underserved families.
3. Help provide daily care, meals, hygiene, and other basic support to children in need.
4. Assist with children’s programs organized to support vulnerable and low-income families in the community.
5. Prepare learning materials and activity areas for community-based children’s programs.
6. Provide individual attention and encouragement to children requiring additional support.
7. Assist with family and community outreach activities involving children and caregivers.
8. Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for children served by the organization.
9. Help distribute educational materials and basic supplies to children and families in need.
10. Assist with fundraising events and community programs for children and families.
