Educational Level and Focus: Bachelor’s degree in human resources with 2 years’ experience in a similar role; or equivalent/comparable work and educational experience to perform the Job.

Years and Type of Related Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of related human resources, payroll, and benefit administration experience.

What you will do:
Coordinate the administration of human resources policies and personnel systems for UGSC (USA) and UG Mexico, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
Report to the Director of Employee Benefits & Wellness and oversee human resources activities such as employment, compensation, payroll, benefits, training, record keeping, safety, and employee services.
Manage the recruitment and hiring process, including posting job openings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process.
Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees and compliance with tax regulations.
Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge within the organization.
Maintain accurate records of employee information, including personnel files, attendance records, and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and oversee employee wellness initiatives to promote a healthy work environment.
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, issues, and concerns.
Collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals and initiatives related to human resources.
