We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will support all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Job Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment processes, including posting jobs, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues.
Support HR projects and initiatives, such as training programs and employee engagement activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in HR or similar administrative role.
Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and recruitment processes.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is an advantage.
