ABOUT VACANCY
At this time, we are looking for HR Development and Planning Director to head our HR department.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plan, direct, control, and evaluate the operations of the HR department
• Drive strategic workforce planning, aligning talent strategy with business objectives, growth plans, and future capability requirements
• Lead the design and execution of enterprise-wide HR transformation initiatives, including operating model redesign, workforce optimization, and process standardization
• Develop and implement transformation and planning tools for technology integration
• Oversee the development and continuous improvement of HR policies, programs, and frameworks across the employee lifecycle (hire-to-retire)
• Coordinate internal and external training and recruitment activities
• Lead the implementation and optimization of HR technology platforms (e.g., HRIS, Workday), ensuring data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Leverage advanced AI technologies—predictive analytics, generative AI, and skills intelligence platforms—to modernize HR processes, anticipate future skills gaps, and foster a high-performance culture
• Integrate AI and Generative AI solutions into HR processes such as talent acquisition, employee experience, workforce analytics, and service automation
• Establish and track HR KPIs and analytics dashboards, leveraging data insights to improve performance, engagement, and retention outcomes
• Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations
• Promote a positive work environment through engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS
• A bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, commerce, psychology OR completion of a professional development program in Human Resources
or personnel administration
• Minimum 6 years of experience as a personnel officer or human resource specialist
• Strong exposure to HR technology platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle) and data-driven HR practices
• Knowledge of labor law, employment standards, and workplace compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive professional attitude

WORK CONDITIONS
- Permanent, full-time position
- $57.70 per hour
- 40 hours of work per week
- Occasional overtime may be required with applicable overtime pay after 44 hours of work per week
