Are you a perfectionist with a keen eye for detail? Do you thrive on building complex, unique projects from detailed blueprints? If so, we want you to join our team as a Plastic Fabricator/Welder.

What you'll be doing:

Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to plan layouts and procedures.
Set up components for welding according to specifications and drawings.
Align components using jigs, clamps, calipers, rulers, and other devices.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area, adhering to safety protocols.
Process job paperwork/job packets.
Operate forklifts to transport and move jobs.
Cut and assemble components, tack, and weld.
Manage and execute jobs with minimal supervision, from blueprint to finished product.

Ability to lift 50 lbs.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong basic math and measuring skills.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints/drawings.
Excellent communication skills.
Team player with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Mechanical abilities and experience with general power tools and equipment.
Motivation to learn and advance in your role.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Valid driver’s license.
Willingness to work overtime (rarely required).
Detail-oriented mindset.
