We are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic HR Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our HR operations, providing vital support in recruitment, onboarding, record-keeping, and employee relations. Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support: Post job openings, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communications to ensure a positive applicant experience.
Onboarding & Integration: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, collecting documentation, and coordinating orientation schedules.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
Payroll & Benefits Coordination: Assist with basic payroll processing, track attendance/leave, and help employees navigate benefit inquiries.
Administrative Support: Manage HR calendars, prepare reports, and assist with the planning of company-wide events or training sessions.
Policy Assistance: Serve as a point of contact for basic policy questions and assist in the drafting of internal communications.
