Job Description:
HR Assistant Manager

• Available in Montgomery, AL.

Job Duties:
• Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the HR department.
• Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and evaluating applications.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee files, preparing payroll, and handling employee benefits.
• Manage employee relations, including investigating employee complaints, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
• Oversee and administer employee training programs.
• Provide HR support to all levels of the organization, including executives, managers, and frontline employees.
• Develop and implement HR initiatives to improve the company's workforce effectiveness and productivity.
• Stay up-to-date on HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, etc.
Job Requirements:

Experience Requirement
• Two (2) years of experience in any managerial position with human resources, customer service, or business operations.
