Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrative Assistant to support our Human Resources team with daily administrative and operational tasks. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth HR processes, accurate record-keeping, and a positive employee experience.

The HR Administrative Assistant will assist with recruitment coordination, onboarding and offboarding activities, employee documentation, and general HR administration. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, handling confidential information, and contributing to a well-organized workplace.

Key responsibilities include:

Provide administrative support to the HR team across various HR functions

Assist with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates

Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases

Prepare HR documents such as contracts, letters, and reports

Respond to basic employee HR queries and direct them as needed

Assist with payroll, attendance, and leave tracking where required

Coordinate training sessions, meetings, and internal HR communications

Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies and data protection standards
Job Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience:

Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role is preferred

Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage

Skills & Competencies:

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High level of attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with HR software is a plus

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
