Housekeeping Supervisor - 2 Job

Sicamous Super “8” Motel, located at 1120 Riverside Ave, Sicamous, BC V0E 2V0, is looking for 2 Full-Time Housekeeping Supervisors. We are committed to providing the highest quality of service to our guests and making their visits as pleasant and comfortable as possible. This is a year-round, full–time position.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the Room Attendants, Houseperson, and Laundry Attendants of their duties.
Perform inspections of guest rooms to ensure the room attendants adhere to hotel standards.
Managing inventory stock to ensure adequate supplies are available to accommodate guest and business demands.
Conduct orientation and in-service training to explain policies and work procedures and demonstrate the use and maintenance of equipment.
Examines the place in case any repairs or replacement of furniture or equipment is required and management reports.
Prepare and inspect guest rooms per Front Office, Sales, and /or GM's request for any VIP guests.
Performs cleaning duties in cases of emergency or staff shortage & may perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
Looking for a High school Graduate with a passion for customer service.
Must be available to work flexible hours, weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
Possess good communication skills.
Experience of 1 Year in cleaning is usually required.

We are offering $35.00/hr. 40 hours/week.
