Tasks
Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and other areas.
Make beds and change bed sheets.
Sweep, mope, and vacuum floors.
Replace used towels and refill toiletries.
Empty garbage bins and remove waste.
Dust furniture and clean windows.
Provide extra towels, pillows, and supplies when requested.
Check rooms to make sure they are clean and tidy.
Report damaged items and maintenance problems.
Answer guests’ questions and respond to their requests.
Prepare rooms for new guests.
