Housekeeping/Laundry Attendant
Position Summary:
The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean, sanitary, and comfortable guest rooms and public areas, ensuring every guest has a positive and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards (bed making, dusting, vacuuming, bathroom sanitation)
Replace linens, towels, and replenish guest amenities
Inspect rooms for cleanliness and maintenance issues
Report any damages, safety hazards, or maintenance concerns
Maintain cleanliness of hallways, storage areas, and public spaces
Follow all health and safety guidelines
Provide friendly and courteous service to guests when encountered
Qualifications:
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Strong attention to detail
Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Shift: Morning / Day shift (including weekends and holidays as needed)
