Housekeeping Attendents Job

David Thompson Resort is located 42km west of the town of Nordegg on Highway 11. We are looking for housekeepers working in our hotel department. Candidates do not need to have experience but need to stay in our work location. Room and board are available for a fee of $400 per month.

Type: full-time for 30 hours per week, permanent
Wage: $19 per hour
Benefits: statutory benefits employee rate

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide housekeeping services at David Thompson Resort
Perform a variety of rotation cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
Vacuum carpets, clean guest room, draperies and upholstered furniture
Make beds and change sheets, remove and replace used towels and toiletries
Stock and sort supplies
Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items
Pick up debris and empty trash containers
Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
Clean changing rooms and showers
Address customers' complaints or concerns

Secondary school education
No specific experience required but would be an asset
Hard working, reliable, dependable
Repetitive tasks, fast-pace duties, bending, crouching, kneeling
Willing to work and stay in work location, relocation at own cost
Weekend work required
