Benefits: overtime wage 1.5 times/hr if work exceeded after 40 hours/week, 5 days paid sick leaves, 4% vacation pay
Job Duties
• Sweep, mop, wax, and polish floors in guest rooms and common areas.
• Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, rugs, drapes, and upholstered furniture.
• Make beds, change sheets, and provide fresh towels and toiletries to guests.
• Respond to guest requests for extra supplies or assistance.
• Stock linen closets and supply areas with clean linens and other necessary items.
• Clean, disinfect, and polish bathroom and kitchen fixtures in guest rooms.
• Clean and disinfect public areas such as hallways, elevators, and changing rooms.
• Empty trash containers and pick up debris throughout the motel.
• Wash windows, walls, and ceilings as needed.
• Report and safely store lost and found items.
• Provide basic information to guests about motel facilities.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and promptly.
