Compensation: $21.91 per hour
About Us: We are a busy family residing in Vancouver, seeking a reliable and meticulous housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our home. We value discretion, efficiency, and a proactive approach to household management.
Job Description: As our dedicated Housekeeper, you will be responsible for a wide range of cleaning and organizational duties to ensure our home is consistently tidy and welcoming. This role falls under NOC 65310 (Light Duty Cleaners).
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform all aspects of general house cleaning, including but not limited to:
o Dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
o Vacuuming and mopping all floor types (hardwood, tile, carpet).
o Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms (toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks).
o Cleaning and sanitizing kitchens (countertops, sinks, appliances exteriors, microwave interior).
o Emptying trash and recycling bins.
o Making beds and changing linens.
o Cleaning interior windows and mirrors.
o Wiping down baseboards and doors.
o Maintaining cleanliness of common areas (living room, dining room, hallways).
• Occasional deep cleaning tasks as required (e.g., inside of oven, refrigerator, pantry organization).
• Laundry: washing, drying, folding, and putting away clothes and household linens.
• Keeping cleaning supplies stocked and organized, notifying us when items need replenishment.
• Adhering to our preferred cleaning schedule and standards.
• Communicating effectively regarding any issues or needs.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks (e.g., bending, lifting light items, standing for extended periods).
• Excellent communication skills.
• References from previous employers are preferred.
