Location: Mrs. Leung's Residences (Richmond, BC)
Salary: $19/hour
Hours: 35 hours per week, 7 hours per day
Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough cleaning and sanitization of various areas within the residences, including floors, furniture, fixtures, and appliances.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens, ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies.
• Manage laundry tasks, such as washing, drying, ironing, and organizing clothing and linens.
• Regular bed making, linen changing, and bedroom organization to uphold a comfortable and orderly living space.
• Monitor the inventory of cleaning supplies, signaling when purchases are needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or needed repairs promptly.
• Support in meal preparation and kitchen cleanup as required.

• Demonstrable experience in a housekeeping role.
• Familiarity with cleaning methods and use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Detail-oriented with a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physically capable of performing the duties, including lifting and moving items when necessary.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Dependable with a positive disposition.
