House Cleaning Professional Job

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Residential House Cleaning Professional to join our team. This role is essential in providing high-quality cleaning services to our clients' homes, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Duties
• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Manage laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes.
• Provide floor care services such as sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine conditions.
• Ensure proper sanitation practices are followed in all cleaning activities to promote a healthy living environment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each visit.
• Maintain organization of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure efficiency in daily operations.
• Assist with any additional housekeeping management tasks as required by clients.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in residential or hospitality cleaning or related fields such as janitorial or commercial cleaning is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products for various surfaces and materials.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Familiarity with floor care methods and equipment for effective maintenance of different flooring types.
• Previous hotel experience or custodial experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Must have own transportation to reach Airbnb properties across Little Rock
• Comfortable working independently and communicating professionally with hosts or team leads
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks (e.g., linen refresh, deep clean)
• Smartphone required for assignment updates and photo verification
• Prior cleaning or hospitality experience preferred but not required
• Must maintain professional appearance (branded apron provided)
Schedule:
• Flexible shifts based on booking volume
• Weekday and weekend availability preferred
Compensation:
• $20.98–$25.27 per hour depending on assignment type and performance
