Key Responsibilities

Perform residential cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing
Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas to company and client standards
Safely handle cleaning equipment, tools, and cleaning products
Follow all company health and safety policies at all times
Identify and report any damage, maintenance issues, or special client requests
Maintain a professional appearance and communicate courteously with clients
Work efficiently and independently while managing time effectively
What We’re Looking For

At least 1 year of residential house cleaning experience (required)
Fluent in English (required)
Comfortable working day shifts and traveling locally between residential properties
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and reaching
Must live within 30 minutes of The Villages, FL
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
