House Cleaner - $20/hr + Tips | Flexible Hours Job

Employment Type: Full-time, Part-time (flexible shifts)

Schedule Options: Day shifts (Monday-Saturday)

Work Location: Nashville, TN (area-wise assignments, travel required between client homes)

Qualifications

Prior cleaning experience (residential or commercial) is required

Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites

Must provide your own cleaning equipment and supplies (list will be provided)

Ability to lift, stand, and perform physical tasks for extended periods

Ability to pass a background check

Basic English communication (preferred)

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning tasks according to standard requirements and protocols

Actively monitor and respond to daily job assignments

General Cleaning & Sanitizing: Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, empty trash, disinfect bathrooms, wipe down kitchens/appliances, restock supplies

Housekeeping Tasks: Change bed linens, laundry (wash/fold/iron), organize rooms and closets

Deep Cleaning (as needed): Windows, mirrors, grout scrubbing, behind furniture, polishing furniture, kitchen appliances (oven, stove, fridge, etc)

Maintenance Support: Report damages, repairs, or safety issues; ensure proper use and storage of supplies

Follow safety, hygiene, and PPE guidelines

Respect household privacy and maintain professionalism at all times

Experience

Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred

Ability to work independently and follow instructions

Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks

Good time management skills to prioritize duties

Physical stamina for repetitive tasks and lifting when necessary
