OVERVIEW
Approximately $40/decoration. Each decoration takes 1 hour. We currently need a decorator for approximately 1 decoration every 2 weeks.
Uberoom.com is a service that helps arrange hotel rooms to be decorated for special celebrations: Anniversaries, Birthdays, Weddings, Birthdays, and Bachelorette Parties. Local Decorators set-up the room either before guests check-in or during dinner time, across the United States.
We're looking for a Local Decorator that can use our packages to decorate hotel rooms in your area. You should have a flexible schedule and be able to decorate hotels locally using our packages. Payment is paid per room decorated.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Weekdays & Weekends:
1. Ensure and confirm you are added to the guest’s reservation.
2. With your own transportation, drive to the hotel and decorate the room according to instructions.
3. Take pictures of the room, as well as a Liability Coverage video ensuring there is no damage to the room.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
Apply if:
- You have event planning or hotel industry experience. We allow decorators that currently run their own balloon, party, or event planning businesses to supplement their business by executing Uberoom decorations!
- You are reliable.
- You enjoy decorating.
- You understand this position is currently about 1 decoration every 2 weeks at ~ $40/decoration.
- You show up on time.
- You're available weekdays and weekends.
- You are a happy person.
- You have your own transportation.
- You live within a 20 minute drive of the main hotel district.
- You plan on living in the same city for at least 3 years
- You have event planning or hotel industry experience.
- You want to grow with a growing company for years to come.
- You will be able to understand the different hotel employee roles and who can do what for you.
- You were/are a good student in school.
- You do what you say you will do.
- You speak and write English clearly.
- You follow directions.
- You love detail. For example, you like to make sure letters are lined up when spelling out messages on the bed in rose petals.
- You understand why the directions exist.
- You can download WhatsApp on your phone.
- You have professional references.

Do not apply if:
- You do not live within a 20 minute drive of the main hotel district.
- You are not reliable.
- You are only looking for short-term work.
- You are moving to another city within 3 years.
- You're not a problem solver.
- You can’t follow directions.

RELATIONSHIPS
Decorators will report to the company owner and the Local Decorator Coordinator.

Events management: 1 year (Preferred)
Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
