Job Description:
1. Oversee and manage all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and exceptional guest service.
2. Lead and motivate a diverse team of staff members, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
3. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue targets, maximize profitability, and enhance the hotel's reputation.
4. Monitor and maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and service throughout all departments.
5. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, suppliers, and local community members.
6. Handle guest feedback and complaints, resolving issues promptly and ensuring guest satisfaction.
7. Manage budgets, expenses, and financial performance, analyzing data and making informed decisions.
8. Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Job Requirements:
1. A college diploma or university degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of hotel management or related work experience
3. Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
4. Excellent customer service and guest relations abilities.
5. Experience managing hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage services.
6. Ability to recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff.
7. Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office
applications.
8. Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and
holidays when required.
