Job Requirements:
What You’ll Do:
-Oversee all Front Desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures
-Hire, train and schedule Guest Service Agents and Night Auditors
-Actively engage with guests in the lobby to ensure a high level of satisfaction
-Resolve escalated guest concerns and service issues
-Monitor labor costs and manage department budgets
-Oversee daily accounting processes and ensure billing accuracy
-Maintain compliance with brand and property service standards
What We’re Looking For:
-3–7 years of hotel or hospitality management experience
-Proven leadership skills in a Front Desk or Guest Services role
-Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
-Experience with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS)
-High School Diploma or GED preferred
-Eligible to work in the U.S.
