Salary: $40.00 Per hour
Hours: 30 to 40 per week

Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience

Job Duties:
Plan, organize, and oversee daily hotel operations to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
Supervise front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance staff; hire, train, schedule, and evaluate employees.
Monitor room occupancy, manage reservations, and adjust pricing to maximize revenue.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Prepare and manage budgets, control costs, and monitor financial performance.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Maintain relationships with suppliers and booking platforms, ensuring accurate listings and inventory.
Monitor service quality and implement improvements based on guest feedback.
