The applicant will be responsible for:
• Developing and implementing new policies and procedures to
maximize revenues and organizational growth while maintaining the
established quality of service.
• Work with, and assist all, employees in continuously exceeding
guest expectations through personalized customer service and indepth
service knowledge
• Oversee the hiring, training, coaching and performance evaluation
of all staff members.
• Handle guest comments and complaints, ensuring guests needs
are met or exceeded at all times.
• Setting work schedules and daily tasks for the employees.
• Deal with various suppliers for hotel supplies and materials as
required.
• Preparing annual budgets and control the expenses and revenues
as set out.

Qualifications and Attributes Required:
• Education – High School
• Experience - 1-2 years of experience in Hospitality OR A
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management
• Language Required - English
