Minimum Education: Completion of secondary school
Requirements:
• Completion of some university degree or college diploma in hotel management or related
discipline
OR
• Completion of secondary school education with 2 years of experience in related industry
Start Date: As soon as possible
Job Duties:
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
• Providing Customer service and negotiate with clients for booking hotel stays
• Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, help with bills and accounting
• May help in marketing by assisting in creating promotional offers
• Address customer complaints and concerns
• Assist clients with basic supplies as well as special needs
• Recruit staff, supervise them and prepare work schedules
• Ensure that hotel policies and procedures are adhered upon
